Ordering school meals at Woodlands Academy could not be simpler:
All lunch orders are placed online through the ‘Meal Selector website’ which is simple to use and is accessible from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Please visit the website where you will find a useful ‘how to guide’ to help with the process of registering your child/children and ordering meals from the varied menu.
School lunches can be ordered using the Meal Selector link on the Home Page or go to:
There is a choice each day of a main meal, vegetarian option, jacket potato with a choice of fillings or an option of a meat or vegetarian filled roll. You can choose the meals and days you wish to order, you do not have to select a meal each day, just send a packed lunch from home on days you don’t order a school dinner. Meals need to be ordered a week in advance, with the order being submitted by midnight on the Sunday.
If your child/children are in Reception to Year 2 they are automatically entitled to free school meals, from Year 3 to Year 6 the current cost of meals are £2.10 each. If you think you may qualify for Free School Meals based on income, an application form needs to be completed and returned to North East Lincolnshire Council and when Free School Meals are granted then you can order meals online as above.

DINNER ORDERS FOR 8th MARCH to 31st MARCH 2021
Message from Chartwells
With the forthcoming return to school on March 8th 2021 we have now uploaded the menu on Meal Selector from 8th March - 31st March 2021 only. Please do not order beyond this date in case of menu changes.
Would you please place your order for week commencing 8th March by Sunday 28th February 2021. If you have credits on your account these will be used first and show credit on the day instead of paid and you will not receive a confirmation of meals, therefore we recommend you log out of your account and re-log for you to see your meal orders have been placed.
If you have placed your order before the recent lock down we would recommend checking your account to ensure your meals are ordered and the meal you ordered is your choice, this is due to a change of the Packed Lunch options. If you wish to change this meal click on the day and change to the meal of your choice.
