WRITING
This week we have completed our writing journey, ending it with a recount of the story of Grandad's Island. The children had to pretend to be Syd and tell the story from his perspective. The children have been using I and me a lot in our writing as they have been writing in first person.
At home you could allow your child to listen to the story online and see if they can write some sentences about it.
